How to overcome angry and be happy

Anger is an emotion when it is in activate, the common sense will deactivate. Anger comes into existence when you are unable to cope with situation mentally. If you are suffering with problem (anger), that you are unable to resolve your underlying issues, or Unable to take the situations effectively.

Let’s know copying methods for anger which affects you mentally. Negative emotion also helps with anger. Many relations will break up of this anger. To overcome anger, it is very important to know the value of anger your own ability to be happy. One of the essential points is blaming others (or yourself) will leads to low confidence in you and you will remain in angry. The easy way out of angry is finding new ways to think about the reality and make you happy. Anger can be reduced by following techniques for regaining mental control.

Every one should know that, Anger which has been called temporary madness, if not overcome, can become permanent insanity. It can set the house on fire and reduce everything into ashes

It is possible to overcome anger though not very easily. This can be done through methodical, sustained self-effort and grace, say of god, or of one's own mind

Those who regard the attainment of spiritual illumination as their ultimate goal in life may be more forcefully motivated to overcoming anger.However,it is not that an atheist or agnostic cannot overcome anger. He certainly can, provided he practices the same disciplines. He may not believe in god but believe in oneself

So one should believe in himself and control his anger according to the situations to reach pinnacle of life
